Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to circumstances beyond our control, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer standard shipping through reputable carriers.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or destination.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item, package size, weight, and destination. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for all listed items. Pickup is located in Dearborn, Michigan. The specific pickup location will be provided after purchase via email or through intermediary platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, or similar apps. Customers may visually inspect items at the time of pickup; however, items are not available for testing or trial before purchase. Once pickup is completed, the sale is considered final unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup

  • Pickup location and instructions will be provided after checkout

  • Orders not picked up within the communicated time frame may be canceled or refunded at our discretion.

Used & Refurbished Items

Some of our products are used, open-box, or refurbished.

  • Item condition is clearly listed on each product page

  • Used or refurbished items may show normal signs of wear

  • All items are inspected to ensure basic functionality prior to shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Policy

Returns

Returns are accepted on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be returned in the condition it was received

  • All original parts and accessories must be included

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Used or refurbished items (unless defective on arrival)

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Clearance or heavily discounted items

Please review product listings carefully before purchasing. 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, refund, or store credit where applicable.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
